Todoroki does not have better physical stamina than Bakugou who carries very heavy weights on his arms. Even Deku was having a hard time carrying them during their fight with All Might. And Bakugou fights with these on quickly and smoothly. I'm not implying Todoroki has no stamina. I meant that Bakugou slightly beats him. 'Todoroki withstood heat' yeah because his body allows him to. Todoroki's body is made to deal with his quirk just like Endeavors, just like everyone else. Would I say Bakugou is tough because he withstood close range explosions??? No. Their biological makeup helps them cope with the quirks they have. Todoroki does not have higher stamina than Bakugou.

'Bakugou not used his quirk?' Any time you see him doing flashy fighting moves that you learn through intensive combat. That is not apart of his quirk. Bakugou uses his quirk with his moves but the moves themselves were self taught through combat advantage. I have not seen Todoroki show martial arts skills at the same level as Bakugou. Thus I wrote without quirks if they fought Todoroki would lose.
