Well..see, it's a bit different. I was actually thinking about that when I wrote this out, because I saw him talk about that to.

He says he needs to eat every 3 hours while he is awake, and he wakes up once in the middle of the night to eat something by his bed, and then goes right back to sleep. He says in the video he wakes up once, and either his wife wake him up to do it, or an alarm. It's understandable that at that level you need to eat constantly.

But Rich takes it a step further and will not sleep unless he has all his meals; AND, what's worse, and the main thing I take issue with...is the many small meals shit. Cutler doesn't say anything about not being able to double up on meals, and he doesn't say anything about having them less than one hour apart and it will destroy everything. That's where the bro science is.

In the video he implies he goes to sleep early without finishing his food all the time, and his girlfriend ends up waking him up at midnight to get some food in, and then they both pass out again.

My point was mainly, unlike Rich says, you can skip meals/double up/eat them later, whatever...as long as you get them in, you'll grow...and it is not at all more important than sleep is for gains, I don't care how much gear you're on.

Also that's just Rich and Cutler...I've seen Kai's videos and he doesn't wake up to eat, he eats 4 meals a day and it's the same 4 meals for the past decade... and anyone else, for the 99% of not only people, but full on bodybuilders (like Calum or Steve), they don't need to do that shit. Calum doesn't even count his macro's and eats whatever/whenever he wants.

Many small meals has been proven to be bro-science.
