Lease isn’t up until March - depending on where im working would depend on if I kept in this place or not. It’s likely I’ll be working quiet a distance from here when lease is up so I’d want to move but if that doesn’t come through then I’d want to stay here

I don’t really want to break lease as I’d be looking for a similar property/area/price... and it was hard enough to come by one with a suitable yard for my dog.. plus the extra financial burden for breaking lease..

We’re in QLD - it’s not the law here.
