Canadian full of prejudice pulled by the cops in Serbia makes fool of himself. Explanation in the comments.

Since OP is not gonna deliver

Let's look at the facts:

  1. You were asked to paid a fine of 2.500 dinars.
  2. Local currency is dinars and you are allowed to pay only in dinars.
  3. You gave the policeman how much money? From the 1:56 it seams like it was "1.100 dinars and 10 euros, 20.." Let me do the math for you:

If it was 10 euros it was less than required (1 EUR = 120 dinars) so you are trying to underpay your fine by offering 100 dinars less.

If it was 20 euros (can't see clearly in this video because your hand on the wheel is blocking that moment but on 11:38 it is clearly a blue 20 EUR bill on your dashboard) than you are actually paying 1.000 dinars more than asked (20 EUR x 120 Dinars = 2.400 dinars plus 1.100 dinars). Guess what? Police officer tries to explain to you that you gave him too much by writing this amount on paper - 3.500 dinars. Yep.

  1. At 9:23 you are saying that you are “giving him an equivalent more” but you are not asked for more money, you are trying to bribe the policeman by giving him 1.000 dinars over the top.

  2. The main problem here is not policemen's complete lack of English but your arrogance. You were asked several times to leave the car and talk over the radio to their boss “Chef” that has a knowledge in English language. Or to go to the station and talk to him. You are not stepping out of the car because “you are in the country you don’t know” yet you are clearly not following the rules of that country and not listening to the authorities.

  3. Your co-driver is an asshole provocateur and irritate guy that could lead you to jail with a blink of an eye by encouraging you not to leave the car when asked by the police and not listening to the instructions. I would like to see him behaving like this is his own country. Even in your “Miami address” country policeman will approach your car with a hand on his unlocked gun holster. Would you make fun of that policeman like you did to these guys?

  4. You should be ashamed of yourself.
