Can't cope with feeling like I've gotten uglier.

This sounds more like it's in your head than reality.

If you are out with your boyfriend, people will not respond to your appearance much out of fear of offending him (stupid but common). If you are feeling bad in your own skin that will shine through, I've been there myself and mental issues are more powerful than you'd realise. You're 22, I highly doubt you look much different to how you did at 20 unless something really drastic happened. The only person who can decide if you are "good enough" for your boyfriend is him by the way, and if he is attracted to you and happy with you then there's no way you are "too ugly" for him.

Some minor things that help though are doing stuff to take care of yourself. I used to have horrendous acne-prone skin and still dislike it a bit, so if I feel it looks bad I have a day where I use all my fancy skin stuff and it makes me feel better. Changing up your hair, wearing clothes you feel really good in, it's all good for temporary confidence boosts.
