Oh yeah that's nothing. Totally normal. Most gated neighborhoods (are called security complexes there) like the one in this video also have electrified fences on top of the walls that surround the neighborhood. They also have guards who are usually way more trained, armed and courageous than the police. This one looks like it has a place for a guard but no one is there? I've lived in a few of these neighborhoods, and one of them had 24 hour guards in 2 locations in the relatively small neighborhood plus more patrolling.

There is a trend of killing farmers there. Been going on for a while. Some of these farmers have the most insane security at their homes. Panic rooms, electrified fences around their houses, a full armory practically, attack dogs, etc. I also lived on a farm there but it wasn't a working farm although a neighboring farm was. We had no security and I was definitely scared some nights, especially when the power went out which happened often and it was pitch black and you don't know who is out there and you know if there is someone out there that they are there to kill you and your whole family.

But the farmers in the area do patrols in shifts, watching over each other's farms. And they too are more armed, more trained and more courageous than the police.
