Clinton’s Ohio rally sets attendance record

Actually, as someone who has a criminal justice administration degree and worked in law enforcement for a time, yeah I am. "Super predators" was a very common term being floated at the time due to a sharp uptick in violent crimes starting in the late 1980's and through the 1990's, and was used to describe more violent offenders that were being forecast due to the trends at the time. This wasn't something unique to Clinton, it was something that was prevalent and being used by academics at the time. Fortunately, the trends didn't hold out and violent crime is trending down, despite what Trump says otherwise.

The targeting of minorities by law enforcement is something that is very unfortunate but not caused, at least directly, by anything Clinton did. She didn't hold office in a vacuum, and the shooting of black men and women this year and last year prove that this is an institutional issue in law enforcement, and not an issue of federal policy. These aren't federal agents shooting and killing people for minor crimes or for no crime at all. It's local and poorly trained enforcement officers doing it. The only thing that will fix that is more training and more education for them, and the RNC isn't interested in that. Trump especially. If you want to come for someone at least know what you're talking about or do some casual reading up first. Just a suggestion.
