No relation. Big company. The two of us are trusted to come to work and do our job while the boss is away 95% of the time. Everyone know what this person does, but no one wants to be the tattletale. This person has been given more hrs to claim and more privileges' than me and has since abused them while I come to work and actually work with less hours. I'm meant to cover this person while they're away.

We have cameras. I've provided a couple pieces of easy proof. The boss believes it for the most part, but can't be bothered to actually get HR involved and properly investigate it with the cameras. They'd rather just take the quiet and passive aggressive way by catching onto to it later. It been going on for about 9 months. I reported it about 3 months ago. The boss caught one instance about 6 months ago and chose not to do anything.
