Completed my first run of Jim Wendler's: Building the Monolith. Here are my results, and my thoughts on the program.

Jesus , calm down. First of all, I️ haven’t said anything about my form or how I️ deadlift so saying that I️ understand nothing about how to deadlift is a totally baseless, made up comment.

You can disagree with me, no need to try to insult me personally. Apparently you do have your ego wrapped up I️n this because you seem to have taken offense at my opinion of taking caution and lashed out at me personally.

I’ll admit I️ overspoke when I️ said it’s just about ego, but I’ve spoken to numerous strength trainers who advise against lifting deadlifts to failure unless it is an extremely experienced, advanced weight lifter.

There’s no need for you to take my opinion as a personal attack. Talk to a few people who have had slipped disks from heavy deadlifting maybe you’ll understand the reason for my opinion, an opinion which has nothing to do with you I️n particular.
