Law enforcement look at facts and evidence. To prove some committed a crime there needs to be enough evidence to convict someone of said crime. I’m not saying , women and men report crimes and no one does anything about it . However we are protected by the constitution and we have due process. To arrest them and then prosecute them you need a high standard of evidence . So yes there are some officers who may be the “ bad apples” but if you really want to change how the police work . Work for a government agency that controls law enforcement or go to law school and become a prosecutor. By simply showing facts and statistics to a officer they are just going to think you are giving them a hard time.
