Creationism v Feminism

Yes it is. Women are paid 77% of what men are at the end of the day. The counter argument is that doesn't take into account differences in job position, hours worked, education, and experience. There are two problems with that counter argument:

How about you type into the Google machine something to try and prove yourself wrong. For fuck sake, someone can post up that dinosaurs didn't exist and will get a lot of search results.

  1. Those factors can be caused by discrimination, such as businesses preferring to hire men for high paid positions.

No. If that's the case, why not higher women so the company can save money?

  1. If you DO take those factors into account, there is STILL a 7% wage gap. On average, women are paid around 7% less than a man with comparable a job position, hours worked, education, and experience.

I believe the gap to which you are referring also takes Intl account that men work more hours than women on average.

Anyone who says "there is no wage gap" is lying, examine their evidence, and notice that it ignores the Causes of those "excuses" and ignores the fact that those excuses don't cover the whole gap. They use phrases like "the gap 'virtually' dissappears"

Anyone that says "there is no wage gap" doesn't buy into the false dichotomy, and understands that such a complex issue isn't black and white. Anyone who works in any field of applied math and statistics knows that in the life sciences, you have to account for several factors and occasionally statistical outliers.

TL;DR: Women do earn less for the same jobs.

My TL;DR: fuck off and quit reading trying to mislead people into adhering to your bullshit ideology.
