Cyberbullying is now a crime in Michigan punishable by jail time

lol you won't do shit, and you know it. With what you are saying, Alabama could send extradition requests to prosecute people in Colorado for marijuana possession, which isn't a crime in Colorado. I mean, maybe you get away with it for a while before a federal judge smacks you down, but that isn't a good long term plan.

I'm sure it's very easy to pursue extradition for crimes committed in your state, but for crimes committed in another state where it's not even a crime? How do you even go about clamming jurisdiction? It's either the state the person lives in, or if you want to use the crossing state lines argument it's on the feds. I don't think any of your bosses want the embarrassment of having it blow up in their face.

I don't want to be accused of not being fair though. We all appreciate that you are a good boy. High-five! Now come and arrest me in a different state for my comment.
