Of COURSE there are shit people hurting other people on the dark web. There are shit people using the normal web to traffic people, commit murder, or rape children. There are shit people doing that without the internet. To pretend it doesn’t happen on the dark web just weakens your position of authority to speak on this. It’s not the dark web that created these sorts of problems, but of course they happen there as well as in the rest of the world.
