Day 59 without Nicotine & Day 26 without Weed. Adapting to good habits like reading books, meditating and cooking on a regular basis. Life has never been better. Thank you all for sharing motivational stories. Really helps a lot to keep my game going strong! ⭐️

I gave up both at the same time and it’s been tough.

I quit smoking cigarettes 10-01-19, and want to be nicotine vape free (and adjusted) by 10-01-20.

Last time, I quit the nicotine first then the bud later on (I used the bud to minimize nicotine withdrawal).

It’s been a hairy week. I admittedly have vaped a small amount of nicotine when it seems overwhelming.

My anxiety peaked and currently I feel like my heart could start racing at any time. And when I seek relief from a quick hit, my heart starts racing lmao.

It’s been tough, but I do exercise and meditation and everything.

If I can hit no vaping and no symptoms within 2 weeks that’d be great.
