This doesn't sound particularly demi. The key characteristic of demi is never being able to feel sexually attracted to someone unless you have some kind of emotional need satisfied first. I think the best way to describe sexual attraction is "if this person touched me sexually, I would be okay with it." It sounds like you are able to experience this at least frequently enough that the "emotional need" part isn't really necessary.

Remember, the key difference between demi and typical allosexual is the comfort and emotional connection is a prerequisite to the sexual attraction, not a side-effect of sexual attraction. A typical allosexual can easily look at a stranger and size them up within seconds, instantly determining whether or not they'd at least be open to swapping bodily fluids with that individual. For demisexuals, that interest isn't anywhere to be found. Not until the "switch" is flipped.
