A detailed analysis of trained reseacher Ragen Chastain's "healthy obese" claims and her terrible health advice

As much as I am against censorship, and as much as I subscribe to the belief that everyone should have the freedom of though, on the topic of the suicidal cult of HAES/FA, I am a bit ambivalent if I should hold on to my views with regards to it.

To some of the followers of this evil suicide cult, who may not know better, due to the intense brainwashing done upon them by the cult, would intervention, such as the proscription of the cult, go against the sort of views that I have? Certainly, I believe, if the cult leaders such as Ragen and MG (the more well-known ones around this subreddit) want to kill themselves (slowly), they have every right (and are more than welcomed) to do so (it is their life anyway).

However, for the followers of the cult, some of whom may not have access to the information to allow them to make an informed decision (due to the brainwashing), and have been taught to reject all other alternative views (other than the one trumpeted by the cult), would banning the cult over charges of them not allowing their followers the liberty to think for themselves, be able to help some of these misguided followers? Certainly, if these followers know all the risks, and are still willing to follow the leaders of the cult into a slow, long-drawn suicide, I feel, it is their right to go ahead and do so.

It is just as headache-inducing as any debate on whether to ban any criticism of the freedom of speech, I feel. Damned if you do, damned if you don't, as the saying goes.

P.S. Apologies in advance if the wording is a bit "off" and such, or if the points are a bit muddled... Am quite sleepy, and cannot think clearly, having been awaken by stuff falling at home (could not get back to sleep after that; only slept for 2-3 hours; ended up using the computer to surf the Internet). Probably may edit this post later on or something...
