If we get the Senate, let's talk about admitting DC and Puerto Rico as states and (initially at least) breaking them up into enough states to rewrite the Constitution. My wishlist:

-National two-round or instant-runoff voting

-Automatic voter registration

-Restricting disenfranchisement to cases of election fraud only

-Reducing the voting age to 13

-Establishing a right of English/Spanish speakers with a clean criminal record to live in the US

-Establishing a right to healthcare

-Capping the Gini coefficient of income and wealth using progressive taxation

-Retroactively removing the statute of limitations for federal crimes committed by cops and declaring certain killer cops guilty by act of Congress
