Express is included each day, inclusive of the days you check in and check out, for all registered guests at the three premier level on property resorts, not sure about the CA park though. I stayed at the Poly for 10 nights and while getting extended evening hours was nice, it felt stingy in comparison IMO.

But this is NOT cost efficient.

A random one night stay in Univeral Orlando (let's say Aventura Hotel on 11/14 to 11/15)) is $135. The lowest price hotel stay with pass is Portofino at $347. Extra $200 hundred dollars for a one use pass is not worth it IMO. Water taxi is cool, but you can stay at Sapphire falls for $185 instead, or just walk over from Aventura.

The Disney prices are ridiculous for this though, lowest price for the deluxe resort extended hours I could find is a $560 stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge for the same night.
