Donald Trump's The Art of the Deal and Robert Greene's The 48 Laws of Power

I am convinced that you are born either a leader or a follower. I went to a military college that claimed that it produced "leaders". I can tell you right now, what a load of horse shit. You cannot produce leaders, you may be able to pick up tricks here and there about leadership, but you either got it or you don't. You wouldn't believe the pieces of shit that come out of those "leadership" colleges. That word leaves such a bad taste in my mouth. I'm a leader, i just fucking know it, i knew it when I was a kid, I could see things that other people just could not see, I would see teachers do the most immature and inappropriate things, and then get pissed off when no kids listened to them. And 13 year old me would sit there thinking "How the hell do they not see what they're doing wrong?". If you don't know how to lead, I'm not going to explain it to you (in person anyways).

You'll always hear people say how awesome a leader is. But ya know what, what the fuck is wrong with being a follower? If you have a problem with following, I'm quite positive you're not going to be a bad leader, because you're attaching your ego to your position, which is bad leadership. A leader holds frame, no matter what. A leader doesn't necessarily have to be in a leadership position.

A leader doesn't have to say to himself " okay i'm going top lead these people". No, he just fucking does it because its his personality, and he doesn't know any other way of doing it.
