Earthlings (2005) - Disturbing and powerful documentary about the human treatment of animals, for pets, food, clothing, research, and entertainment. Narrated by Joaquin Phoenix. [Graphic footage] "It takes nothing away from a human to be kind to an animal."

So let me get this straight; you belive random articles on the internet and try to use them as your arguments.

Lets see, I won't bother reading the first one as you cite that it puts us at risk of mental illness, cancers etc which all have been debunked numerous times over and over with MECHANISTIC data. The fact that you still believe in this myth already proves to me you have put 0 effort into looking up peer reviewed scientific studies and should not be allowed to talk on the subject.

Now your 2nd link, you are linking Dr Kaayla to try and get your point across who is an overweight, unhealthy nutritionist that claims cholesterol is your friend. Let me put it to you across in this way. If you're the writer of a book and are looking to make money out of people, which one would you go with. Would you tell those people that they should eat more of what they like (meats, bacon, eggs, etc.) or would you tell them that they have to completely change their lifestyle based on peer reviewed scientific data. Which one is more likely to make you more money, regardless of their truthfulness?

Don't get me wrong tho, there are plenty of unhealthy vegans. Mostly the ones who do it for moral reasons. They see these atrocities, they don't want to eat meat anymore but they have no idea what they're doing so they become nutritionally deficient.

If you want to argue your points, please use real peer reviewed science not some random blog posts you found on the internet.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19562864 - Here you can find the American's Dietetic Association on vegan diets. Why is it that the Dietetic Association claims there are no nutritional deficiencies, yet your random blog posts on the internet say otherwise? I guess I should believe the fat and unhealthy Dr Kaayla as I can see she knows what she preaches.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term=1973470[uid] - Why is it that vegan diets can REVERSE the #1 killer, yet you claim it causes mental illness and certain cancers?

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20515497 - Why is it that these studies come up that do not show anything that you're talking about an infact show positives? Less cases of depression, anxiety, stress, etc.

I'm not gonna continue to bother but this should give you an overview of what you should be looking at rather than your ridiculous sources.

If you want nutrition facts based on peer reviewed science and actual data on humans, you can get it at http://nutritionfacts.org/ - He makes simple, easy to understand videos on nutrition always cited by evidence (you're able to find every study he cites on every subject by clicking the "sources cited" tab).

If you want to argue feel free to do so, but reply with real studies, not blog posts on the internet. Thanks.
