I know it's bad to judge an entire group of people and in politics it's almost nothing but gaslighting, but how can so many republicans be so horrible? I know not all republicans are bad, but it feels like the overwhelming majority is.

They are the ones who complain about "liberal safe spaces" then step on the first amendment. They are the ones who complain about horrible unloving parents then ban abortion. They are the ones who complain about public schooling then base school funding on final exams. They are the ones who say liberals are intolerant then support Don't Ask Don't Tell. They are the ones who say liberals are prejudice then ban transgenders like me from using the proper bathroom (note my flair). They are the ones who say the world is too politically correct then ban criticism.

They deny facts, cold hard facts. I'll admit most of /r/politics is a hard left crap shoot but at least there are several sources here. The right just denies what's in front of them. Look at the whole Obama is Kenyan drama from back in the day. Where did that even come from? Why was that a thing and who thought of that? Are you kidding me?
