Enjoy the ride?

I think you can make the most out of life by finding joy in the small things. I do tend to live a lot in my head so that makes it more challenging to live by. I guess that's why people tend to stress setting daily intentions.

I do struggle with those things, and even if I do a ton of reading on how to improve and take action, I'm learning that a part of getting better is to accept it as something that I go through. I gotta roll with the punches but as a person that struggles with my mental health i know that doing so comes with it's own unique set of challenges. That said I always affirm that things will turn out well.

Helps to remember that you are worthy no matter your output.

I feel down when I havent been productive, but I think that stems from having unrealistic expectations. And if ive really done nothing all day I'll try to do a few tasks and be compassionate with myself.
