It should be an easy task to explain to someone how a garage permit differs from a permit given in the case of, let's say building a skyscraper. Because that is how the difference to me seems. I can build a damn garage, but this next project feels like I will be building a skyscraper. Bottom line: hop off of your horse, walk around to the level of the other people around you, and teach, if you so feel the need to comment on a post asking for advice.
