I’m sorry to say this, but growing up in East London, I was in with a bad crowd, and one thing that we did learn was Chinese students and tourists were easy and wealthy targets for mugging and robbery. Queen Mary university was the most common place we used to go to rob them. I left that life behind years ago, but articles like this don’t surprise me.
