FA30+ has the extra factor of choosing to forego those extra chances to case something else unrelated to fixing the issue, but with higher chance of success.

I have wasted enough of my life trying to escape. I was willing to hope I had decent probability increases by trying when younger even if it was something silly like going for a walk. But now, I convince myself to stay at home for an 80% chance of finishing a job, knowing there is 0% chance of any change in FA, compared to burning 2 hours outside for a 1% chance of a change.

I use to believe I could squeeze some juice from my lemon of a life, but I've since learnt it's pretty dry already and wilted and the opportunity cost to try getting anything is not worth it.
