I remember being at college 10 years ago. I knew this guy in the same position in life as me. He went to the local university like I did, so just like me he lived with his parents and not on campus. He never really mentioned it but I think he came from a Christian background and here in the UK being religious is considered a bit weird. He never went out partying or drinking, but seemed to get on with people, in a way I never did.

I really related to him. To me he seemed low key FA. But it just didn't seem to bother him. He never even really spoke about women. He was in most of my classes, but I never really socialised with him outside of that.

After graduation he moves away to live with someone. A couple of years later I see on Facebook he's married her. I couldn't believe it. I guess I never really knew the guy like I thought. I do think he got lucky and I think his wife was probably his first gf.
