Fast food workers, what is your "Sir, this is a Wendy's" moment?

I work at McDonald's, and when we opened after the lockdown, I was on headset drive thru.

I had a customer come into the drive thru, but when I looked at the camera, it was a guy on a bicycle (now I think its clear that its vehicles only in drive thrus)

This is how the conversion went:

Me: sir, this is a drive thru. Since you don't have a vehicle, I cannot serve you

Him: yea, right mate, but you're not open inside yet, and I need to order, you know what I mean bruv?

Me: I understand that, but this is a drive thru and I really can't serve you. If you don't leave, I am afraid I'm gonna have to get the manager involved (at that point, the manager was staring at me too)

Him: no, there's no need for that. Surely it won't be a problem. Can I have a 10 piece popcorn chicken and a fillet tower burger meal

Me:.... I'm sorry sir... This is a McDonald's, not KFC. We don't sell those here and we never had... And even if we did, I still can't serve you.

Him: looks confused and rides off without saying a word
