You’re not going to see a lot of late acceptances at T-14 schools with a low to mid 160s score unless you have a really high GPA or something truly unique or are a URM. Or you’re okay paying sticker price after a waitlist until summer acceptance. Check LSN for trends and ABA 509 reports.

For example, it looks like #14 (Georgetown) has a median LSAT of 167 and a 25th percentile of 161. If you have a low to mid-160s score, you’ll more likely be in the pocket of people at the lowest of the T-14s who pay tuition for everyone else at school (those with higher scores and some level of scholarship). You don’t literally pay their tuition I guess, but I’m in the boat of people who thinks you should balance prestige and debt (don’t pay for law school) with your goals.
