I feel bad for the grandma :(

I disagree with the ferarri not being blameless. The accident is 100% caused by the grandma therefore no blame goes on the Ferrari. He most likely could have come to a stop but he may have risked a more direct tone impact depending on where he stopped. Failing to prevent or limit damage in an accident someone else caused does not cause you to have any blame.

If the driver was literally pulling out into oncoming traffic (with cars coming from BOTH directions) it's not really reasonable to be able to expect one of those drivers to accurately predict where the driver of the offending vehicle will go.

This is true for insurance but also I think other scenarios where someone fails to help a situation successfully. The swerve the Ferrari driver did shows strong intent to want to prevent the accident but wasn't successful. I don't think that warrants blame.

Also just common sense would dictate that someone driving a Ferrari isn't just care free about getting scratches and damage to their car. Like if I get a scratch or a ding on my truck no big deal but if I had a Ferrari, completely different story.
