Finally realised my life has no meaning, finally ready to die

Hey! So I just want you to think about those who are affected by suicide, other than directly yourself. There are people that I went to high school with, that have taken their life, and I was so heartbroken over it. It really does affect others..even those you didn't think you were that close to. Everything in life is temporary: relationships, emotions, feelings, time...everything you could ever imagine. And suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. I've tried to take my life before too.. actuality on numerous accounts. I've been hospitalized for it as well. And I just want to tell you that its NOT worth it. The pain, the hurt...life is so short! It goes by so fast! We're all tired of pain and feeling alone, but I want to tell you that you're not! And I know you care about your well-being and your life...otherwise you would have not posted here on reddit :) If you can make it through this tough time, you can DEFINITELY make it through anything, because you will come out of this low point in your life stronger than ever. If you're feeling down, there are plenty of things to do to feel better! You can go for a walk, do you have a pet? Give them some love, or consider adoption!! Do you like other cultures and traveling? In some of my darkest times, I used traveling as something to look forward to. I eventually travelled to Thailand and I've been to Ireland too and it absolutely changed my life and perspective on happiness. I would high suggest that too! Do you like to draw? Make a collage so that you can always look back to it as a memory of strength. Go to home depot and by a cactus! Cacti are so much fun to take care of and house plants are amazing to see grow! Do you watch the office? Parks n rec? Funny shows and even stand up comedy are amazing too (louis C.K always makes me laugh when I'm feeling down..he has no filter!!) Exercise is so exhilarating: just go outside and run as fast as you can as far as you can before getting tired!! Exercise helps release dopamine and serotonine in a natural way to make you feel happy :) You are stronger than you know, and braver than you think. Life is so worth it. I've been there. I've seen it, and I've felt it. It gets better. Just believe that.
