Also Kansas is mainly rural so those numbers only work where the price of land is generally cheap like a state like Kansas. Try those numbers on an urban area like either coast say like California. Kansas has a VERY low percentage of urban area as well as very low numbers of people in general.

And gas? Only in the US where there is no good public transportation system do you rely on gas so much.
