Footage of arrest of the reporter from NewsNation during Ohio Governor's press conference of the East Palestine train derailment

I don't see the reporter being successful in a suit. He might get a small settlement because it'll be cheaper than paying attorneys to defend and use it to boost his public image and call it a "win" because most lay people don't know the difference. This guy started to record his segment DURING the Governor's statements. He had hours to record before and after but chose to speak OVER the Governor while a room full of other media outlets were trying to record the Governor. He was asked to stop talking, he didn't. He was asked to leave, and he refused. At that point, he was trespassing. Then, when he was being forcibly removed, he resisted. I can see how lay people don't understand what's going on, ESPECIALLY considering they didn't release the portion of the video where this guy was being an epic ass and talking over the Governor. But I don't see this suit being successful when the rest of the video is evaluated. What I am seeing from all the superficial comments and the Governor asking the prosecutor's office to drop the charges, is that the mob was manipulated by a well executed release of edited footage and a carefully crafted headline.
