And I think it is really immature to expect people to have bo reaction if you do something to them they don't want done. I see little difference between touching someone who doesn't want to be and filming someone who doesn't want to be. In my mind they are both violations of personal sovereignty. If someone touched me without my consent I wouldn't be merely annoyed. I would be further exacerbated if they continued to touch me without consent.

Yes, I am drawing a parallel deliberately between assault and filming people against their will. Some people feel very strongly about not being filmed without their consent. More people should be aware of that, and perhaps the law as well.
