I mean, watch "Out of the Blue"(which was passed out by the Clinton Administration on Congress floor after Clinton Tried, and failed to get answers), or the more recent version of the Documentary, "The Phenomena"(where various high ranking US government officials talk about it).

Bill Clinton has said publicly that he tried to find out about aliens. But that there are career beurocrats(military/CIA) more powerful than presidents, who will lie to them. And they know that the CIA/Military are for life terms, while presidents will be gone in 4, or at most 8 years.

People in America laugh at the idea of a shadow government. But nobody in the "official" government has nearly as much power as those in the "unelected, behind the scenes, beurocratic government"(which some call the shadow government).

A famous astronaut also said in the doc that while these people probably started out with government affiliations, he thinks they probably have little to no government associations at this point.

IMO what we are seeing in the skies(UFOS) is a 33/33/33 shot of being

1.) US government drones

2.) Private Interests' drones(aka private corporations/billionaires/bankers/technological elite with no official association with any nation)

3.) Aliens

Or it's some combo of the 3.
