You should be afraid. Our shitty medical infrastructure is barely holding up. Just wait until their funding is cut further once the economy slows down. You don't be able to go to the emergency room for anything. Right now the elderly on medicare are having trouble getting their medications, and not just one person. Two people husband and wife. One is missing two medications and the other three because of medicare shenanigans. They just straight up decided to drop some mediacations people still need. Now they have to fight on the phone to stay alive a long as they expected. For now, they just have to sit pretty and take that their lifespans have been reduced significantly.
