Map awareness and actual squad play is often more important than aiming in this game. You need to consider things like the zone, where your teammates are, how close to the enemy everyone is, and how to avoid being baited.

The biggest squad wiper in this game seems to be people not picking their fights right. Either someone spots an enemy and immediately shoots and gives away their positions instead of organizing with their squad, or the offensive team gets baited into a corner.

If you're playing with randoms you're 100% going to have a better run if you stick close to each other even if they play a bit sub par. Simply because this game specifically gives you a higher advantage if your legends use their abilities together.
