Same. Especially since these "updates" are almost always one or two sentences he throws at the end after he spends many paragraphs talking about completely different things like TV shows he is producing and so on.

It's almost insulting really, I feel like I've learned more about Night of fucking Cooters from his blogs in 2022 than about Winds of Winter.

And the worst part is that I still have no clue how exactly is he contributing to these tv shows/short films (especially non-Westeros ones) besides just advertising them. Like I'd he interested if I knew he had some creative/writing contribution, but it seems like he only has a financial stake in these things and nothing else.
