I've had the exact same experience as you... except I wound up winning the OKC lottery.

I had an OKC profile for years and usually only garned 1 VIEW a week. I've sent messages to dozens of women a month and never recieved any responses. After a while I stopped checking it and went about 4 months until I remembered I had an account.

I opened it and recieved a response from a woman whom I messaged several months ago. She was cute, smart, and lived in the same neighborhood as me. We began messaging each other every few days. It got to a point where I began to wonder if I was the victim of a prank. Did one of my friends or family see my OKC profile and make up this person?

After several months of random messaging each other (she was too busy to meet IRL due to work and school), we finally agreed to meet IRL. I was skeptical, some part of thought the whole thing was a ruse. She only had one picture and a sparse profile, and of all the 100+ women I messaged, why did the cute, slender, smart one decided to write back after waiting half a year?

I showed up at the cafe she wanted to meet and she wasn't there. I looked around the cafe and thought... maybe one of those random people is the real person and just wanted to get a laugh ? I waited for a few minutes and the cafe door opened. It was her. From the OKC profile. It wasn't a fake at all!

We went on several more dates after that first one. It feels like I won the OKC lottery. I don't understand how I got so lucky, but I'm thankful we met and things are going smoothly (so far). We've been "together" for 2 months now.
