No, that's not good enough of an answer. Do you work in healthcare? I'm saying what happens exactly to the pay of every role. I KNOW they'll still be paid. Isn't that obvious? But what happens to their pay? Do I stay at $15hr forever? Do I make more? or less? Do you not care about people in the medical field, especially those who aren't physicians and advanced level, making a fair wage? I'm guessing a fair wage to you is a lot lower than what most would expect. Even CNA's in the ICU/IMCU at my major hospital make less than they should. Is that going to change? How about pay negotiation, will that still exist or be possible? Explain it. Or not. It's not rocket science but it certainly isn't the basic shit you want to tout.
