Help me. Please..

My bank was useless in doing a charge back for me even though I clearly did not receive the service I paid for.

The whole time we talked in emails yet they sent a letter to advice me they can't help me. Funny that. The letter also never arrived.

I had to take my complains up multiple and multiple levels including deal with people on the phone who would rudely tell me they can't get my money back.

Well funny how once I mentioned AFCA the banks external complains team decided to just give me half the amount to settle.

Some bank workers are useless and just evidently do not their jobs properly. Hopefully you get someone who does their best but you need to know what they're required to do and if they don't do it escalate it again and again and again.
