HELP, POR FAVOR! Beagle Pit is a sweetheart, but Bites and Barks while we Eat!

I am so blown away with the responses in my first post! So happy to feel the warmth of a community of people who love their puppies and so ready to offer their time.

Forgive me for just piling on here, but since I have your eyes: about two weeks ago we began bite inhibition with the baby boy - his mouth's gotten softer and we are definitely seeing results.

However, the huge concern now is when we do Yelp, fold our arms, and turn away, he keeps nipping, biting harder and latching on. We do the walk away when he repeat offends, and even put him in "time-out" for five minutes sometimes. But today, for the first time, even the time-out hasn't curtailed his pouncing upon, biting and latching.

He is a baby and I am sure it is just a rambunctious day, but I just want to make sure we aren't overlooking or doing something incorrect.

Again, your advice has already been so invaluable. Any words or points in the right direction would be so greatly appreciated!

TLDR: (I tend to ramble on)

-Bite inhibition has softened his mouth up

-Yelp, turn. Yelp, turn, walk away. Yelp, put in time-out. None have curtailed his pouncing, biting and latching

-He ESPECIALLY likes to do this to the youngest, shorts and shirts galore

-I'm sure just a crazy day, just want to make sure we are doing this the right way

-Sorry for tacking on to the post

-Thank you for such a warm welcome to the community!

(I will certainly make a new post if that is the correct decorum!)
