Hotel workers of Reddit, what is something guests do that gets under your skin the most?

Well you just need to understand that society can't run if everyone is a...

hotel maids, grocery store baggers, waitresses, etc.

And it still can't run if everyone is a...

But would I want my kids doing those jobs or being a teacher, scientist or architect?

It's almost like everyone can't be a doctor/teacher/scientist/etc.

There's only so many jobs in the world and some people will never catch a break and that's the way the world works. And a "hotel maids, grocery store baggers, waitresses, etc." in a first world country is still wealthier than around 80% of the worlds population, so why be so snarky about that any way. They're all ready better off than one of those Filipino maids in the Arabian peninsula that van get raped, murdered and killed legally.

But you know, poor little Johnny totally ruined his life if he only ever gets a service sector job. Is it glamorous? Nope, will it give you a pretty comfortable life? Fuck yes it will. Should Johnny aspire to be a bagger? Fuck no but he shouldn't feel like shit if he is one.

Christ my dad had work mates lose their limbs with the shit jobs he did back in the day, a fucking cushy bagging job or being a maid? He'd have fucking jumped at the chance since then he wouldn't have a lose bone fragment that presses against his spinal chord.

But you know god forbid your kid become a bagger for a decade or so, ohh the humanity.
