You want to cast Huton when the countdown is at 5 seconds to not waste time on it. Then you follow with hide to restore the charge you used to activate Huton and use it to precast suiton as opener, the opener require meisui, kassatsu with the ice shuriken which I forgot the name and 2 raitons. So you need that 2nd charge.

The problem with hide comes from that you can precast on hide but the hide get removed when you use the ninjutsu, not when you press Ten. Hide slow you down, the boss/mobs arent at range of suiton/katon before the pull and you end up walking slowly toward the boss spamming the mudra keybind while the other people are already close to the boss.

You want to go 5 secs > huton > hide to restore charge > cancel hide > precast suiton at 3 seconds > cast at 0. The key is removing hide to precast suiton and not waste time having it precasted on hide since hide get removed when you cast suiton in the boss. Not when you press Ten/Chi/Jin.
