(Preface this by saying our avg ilvl is ~868 for the raid)

My team handles eye like this: Pull, destroy left dominator, then right.
Burn ichors by eye (they should all be relatively close anyways)
We have a couple people assigned to interrupt Deathglares (we have 2 rogues in our raid that usually handle it, sometimes a warrior too). They go on, int, and dps them while they are up. I play "back up interrupt" for them (i'm a resto sham) so if they miss one they can call it out and i stop Mind Flay. We don't allocate anyone else to the Deathglares until any active corruptors are down. Deathglares don't do anything but Mind Flay people so they should be the lowest priority bar none.
Soon as horror comes up, we burn em' hard and I have our Demo lock stay on him, while everyone else burns tentacles as they pop. If the horror is still up, non-fixated by ichor people will dps him, fixated people take ichors to the eye and pop them.
Once we have enough ichors the eye goes down and we dps heart (no lust) and run out at about 10 seconds, and get in position.

So Phase 1 kill prio is: Dominators>Corruptors>Horror>>>>>Deathglares

Phase 2:
We come out of the heart, lust, and destroy the two dominators before doing anything else. If Deathglares pop before they go down, our interruptors move to them, everyone else tunnels dominators down hard. They fall fairly quickly. We then usually ignore the ichors, because corruptors are up by then, burn them down first, then dump ichors at the eye.
The rest of Phase 2 is essentially the same, fixated to the eye, non-fixated burn horror if no tentacles are up (our Demo lock is just sitting on the horror the whole time if he's up)
