How do I [F30s] get over the void that cutting toxic friends out of my life has left behind?

I love walks/nature. Have considered joining a walking group but struggle to find anything that isn’t tailored to people that work mon-fri (I work evenings and weekends).

Also love swimming, so joining a gym is something I’m trying to motivate myself into doing, and to try some classes. I thought this might help the depression too.

I always get jealous of the contestants on the great British bake off that have full time jobs, plus bake... plus they always have another obscure hobby like blacksmithing or something. It’s my life goal to be that naturally inclined to “do things” with your free time instead of feeling tired and disappearing into the sofa.
