How hard would you say your life is right now out of ten?

Somewhere between a 1 and 4, depending how much time I spend in my happy place, outdoors. I'm recently divorced, but I am thankful to no longer be emotionally and physically abused by my ex-wife. I lost most of my life savings in the divorce, pay a significant portion of my income in alimony, and at this rate will not be able to buy a house again.

But I'm probably the healthiest now in my 30's than I have been since my last teens and might surpass some of my PRs soon at this rate. I've traveled to many countries and feel very privileged to have grown up in North America, in a country where as the first in my family to attend university and now live a middle class lifestyle. My career isn't amazing, but it's pretty good. How you handle your challenges defines you as a person.
