When I started watching it and fapping at work. There was a period where I'd do it at very lunch hour in the rest room. Then it got worse. Once before works starts as well. Until it got to three times in the workday. I'd sometimes even do it when I work late. It went on like this for about 4 months. Safe to say I was fucking drained. Had my worst year in terms of production in the 4 years Ive been there. How could I explain that to my bosses lol.

I identified and am still identifying problems in my lifestyle. I now try and study Spanish for two hours a day, workout each day (try to lol), looking to change my diet, read everyday. Just trying to keep my mind occupied and these past 8 days have been the longest 'clean period' in probably 6 or 7 years.
