BOB getting Watson seems like as much luck as anything.

Watch Watson's tape from preseason and weeks one and two. Bill tweaked Watson's mechanics considerably and changed the playbook when he had the time to (week two was a Thursday night and Watson entered halfway through week one's game). There is obviously a bit of luck involved but let's not pretend Bill had nothing to do with his improvement.

The "DAE noodle arm /s" posts are kind of annoying. If you are an NFL player at any position, you can throw 10 yards. Heck, I can throw 10 yards. It's another thing to throw 10 yards with NFL level pressure AND be accurate with the right QB mechanics. Watson struggled to hit anything over 5 yards because he had garbage QB mechanics that were properly corrected.

As far as I can tell, Hue hasn't done anything with trying to develop or tweak Kizer's mechanics. It's possible his staff has tried but Hue isn't exactly an offensive coach. PS I don't know why a young teams with 3 young quarterbacks in need of development hired a defensive coach.
