Have you had anything like a dream character showing up that is sort of outside of the dream?

That happened to me few times when it first started. First I'd notice them a bit before I'd wake up. But it was as if they'd been watching the whole time.

Then eventually they would be in the dream telling me the way things would go or what was the right thing to do. and it was like I was really susceptible/ suggestible and agreed with it even though I actually didn't at all. Like when people are in hypnotic state.

Anyways I've always been aware in dreams.. and had pretty acute dreams. So for me this is really weird. Last couple weeks just seems like a meaningless autopilot. I've even been more tired during the day and have trouble with memory. Started this year. Also pissed.

But I think it'll go back to normal and hope it's just because I've been too inactive and my brain got bored.
