There’s a time where you need to stop living in delusion and accept the facts. While phalloplasty allows some post op men to ejaculate, we will not naturally get and maintain an erection just from arousal. There will not be veins and stretchy foreskin as a cis penis has. A phalloplasty will not twitch and jump as a cis penis can and will once an erection has been maintained. While a phalloplasty will alleviate dysphoria for others, there’s the other half who crave having a cis penis and it’s functions all together and that’s not achievable at the moment. I’m not sure why you felt the need to purposely misinterpret OP when this was a vent pertaining to them and others who feel this way, there was no disrespect to others bodies.
